Building a More Resilient Future Through the Apalachee Strong Regional Resilience Collaborative

The Apalachee Regional Planning Council is helping communities prepare for the future through the Apalachee Strong Regional Resilience Collaborative — a regional initiative focused on strengthening resilience, improving coordination, and helping communities better respond to natural, environmental, and economic challenges.

Communities across the Apalachee Region face a wide range of resilience issues, including severe weather events, flooding, coastal impacts, aging infrastructure, economic disruptions, and changing environmental conditions. The Apalachee Strong Regional Resilience Collaborative was created to help local governments and regional partners work together proactively to address these challenges while building stronger, safer, and more adaptable communities.
