State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP)
This program promotes housing affordability through partnerships with local governments, contractors, and homeowners. There is no repayment required, on the condition that terms are followed, including remaining on the property for 5 years as the primary residence and maintaining homeowner’s insurance.

Mobile homes are not eligible if they were built before June 30, 1994.

Cannot have received SHIP assistance in the past 10 years
