Applications for the CRF Program are available beginning on August 7, 2020 at 7:00 a.m. until August 24, 2020, at 5:30 p.m., E.T. During this cycle, applications will be accepted Monday-Thursday from 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., E.T.

On the first page of the application packet you will notice the following Applicant Checklist:

 

☐ Housing Intake Application (ONE PER HOUSEHOLD)

☐ Self Certification of Income Form (COMPELTED FOR EVERY HOUSEHOLD MEMBER OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE)

☐ Copy of driver's license, ID or birth certificate (COMPLETED FOR EVERY HOUSEHOLD MEMBER AS APPLICABLE)

☐ Copy of lease or Fee Simple Deed in applicant's name (NEEDS TO INCLUDE CURRENT CONTACT INFORMATION)

 

Applications will not be considered “complete” unless all listed identification and documentation is included.

 

The CRF Program will be administered by the Apalachee Regional Planning Council (ARPC) on behalf of Gulf County.
